Out of control and white tiger roll

The rolls are as fierce as their names.
These specialty rolls take basic rolls (like the spicy tuna roll) and top them with slicws of sashimi.
The white tiger roll is topped with slices of black marlin, which is then smoked with a blowtorch. The entire roll is topped with roe and green onion, all of which is drizzled with chef’s in-house sauce.
