APPETIZER – SPICY SALMON TARTARE – due to the popularity of our last ninja special, the Hamachi Tartare, we now present to you this week’s rendition. The Spicy Salmon Tartare! spicy salmon and avocado mix, in a tortilla chip flower – topped with potato crisps and a radish root.
SUSHI – TORNADO ROLL – A whirlwind of flavors in this specialty roll, this roll speaks of summer and “messy goodness.” The roll’s inner content’s are asparagus, kani, and cream cheese, all topped with crispy potato angel hair, spicy tuna, and a special sauce.
